台灣激流獨木舟實驗室建立了一套嚴格的資料來源分級系統,以確保資訊的透明度與可追溯性,明確區分官方標準、教練解讀、獨立工具及社群參考。

We implement a strict data provenance classification system to ensure information transparency. Clear boundaries are drawn between official standards, instructor interpretations, independent tools, and community references.

為避免使用者混淆,本站所有資料、手冊與工具均標記其來源級別(Source Type A 至 D)。使用者可隨時查驗各頁面資訊是來自 ACA 官方教材、政府公開 API,抑或是本站作者個人的教學解讀與自製計算模型。 To ensure complete transparency and prevent ambiguity, all content, manuals, and tools across this site are classified into four provenance tiers (Source Types A through D). Visitors can readily distinguish between official ACA standards, open government APIs, instructor interpretations, and proprietary analytical models.

經濟部水利署 即時水情資料 WRA Real-Time River Water Data 防災資訊網 FHY Portal

用途:水位監測儀表板中的河川即時絕對水位與放流量 (CMS) 數據。 Purpose: Live absolute water level and discharge rates (CMS) on the hydrology dashboard.

更新頻率:依據水利署公開 API 釋出頻率(通常為每小時更新)。 Update Cadence: Follows WRA open API publishing cadence (typically hourly).

交通部中央氣象署 定量降水預報 (QPF) CWA Quantitative Precipitation Forecast (QPF) 氣象署官網 CWA Official

用途:行前定量降雨預報工具中的 12 小時及 24 小時網格降雨數據。 Purpose: 12-hour and 24-hour gridded rainfall forecasts for pre-trip planning.

更新頻率:依據中央氣象署每日定期發佈資料。 Update Cadence: Synchronized with regular CWA daily forecast updates.

由本站或社群舟友獨立開發之物理模擬、尺寸適配與水文推算工具。公式與邏輯均有其科學依據,但屬於數學模型之簡化估計,僅供行前評估與學習輔助。 Calculators and simulation tools developed independently. While rooted in physics and biomechanics, outputs are simplified estimations for trip planning and academic study only.

1. 槳長計算器 (Paddle Length Calculator) 1. Paddle Length Calculator

輸入:學員體重、引體向上次數(肌力參數)、肘對肘握距、下溪船寬及水域類型。 Inputs: Body weight, pull-up strength metric, elbow-to-elbow span, kayak width, and river type.

方法與公式:基於生物力學肩關節發力安全,使用握距黃金常數公式(握距 = 肘對肘距離 * 0.658)推算理想發力握距,再結合體重與船寬微調出總槳長(190-200 公分)。 Methodology: Applies the golden ratio constant (Grip = Elbow-to-Elbow * 0.658) for shoulder injury prevention, combined with hull beam adjustments.

限制:計算結果為人體工學建議值,划者仍應依個人划行習慣、划槳角度(高角度 vs 低角度)進行實際微調。 Limitations: Ergonomic recommendations require personal fine-tuning based on high-angle vs low-angle stroke habits.

2. 噴水裙選擇工具 (Skirt Fit Assistant) 2. Skirt Fit Assistant

數據來源:蒐集各大獨木舟裝備品牌(如 Immersion Research, Level Six, Pyranha 等)公開之座艙周長與腰圍適配表格。 Data Sources: Compiled from published manufacturer sizing charts (Immersion Research, Level Six, Pyranha, etc.).

限制:各品牌裙邊橡膠張力及座艙邊緣厚度不同,本工具僅提供對照參考。下水前必須實地確認安全解脫拉環完全外露。 Limitations: Rubber tension and rim flange thicknesses vary. Always test release handle accessibility before launching.

3. PGA 物理模擬器 (Physics Simulator) 3. PGA Physics Simulator

方法:採用簡化的流體阻力與獨木舟運行物理公式,模擬不同轉向力矩、回流區切入角與傾船角度 (J-lean) 下的船體動態。 Methodology: 2D Plane Geometric Algebra (PGA) rigid body simulation modeling turning torque, eddy entry angles, and J-lean edging.

限制:此為二維剛體模擬,未考慮三維亂流、水躍、波浪及划者重心動態轉移,僅供學術教學輔助,不可作為實際水域下溪之安全依據。 Limitations: 2D model excludes 3D turbulence, boils, standing waves, and dynamic paddler center of mass shifts. Academic reference only.

4. 集水區觀察員 (accTW) 4. Catchment Basin Observer (accTW)

方法:基於內政部 20m DTM 高程數據,利用 D8 流向演算法推算任意經緯度出水口之上游累積逕流面積。 Methodology: Calculates upstream accumulation areas using D8 flow routing algorithms based on 20m Digital Terrain Models.

限制:地形模型未考慮人工攔水壩、地下引水渠道、地表滲透率及植被截留,其推估之逕流量與集水面積僅供粗略參考。 Limitations: Does not account for dam releases, subterranean diversions, soil infiltration rates, or canopy interception.

本站所呈現的即時水位、定量降雨預報、與集水區逕流分析等數據,其運作基於以下模型與侷限,使用者在進行划行決策 (Trip Planning) 時應深刻理解: Live hydrology, QPF rainfall forecasts, and catchment runoff analytics operate under the following mathematical constraints that paddlers must comprehend during trip planning:

  • 河川即時水位 (Wra API): Real-Time River Levels (WRA API): 此數據反映特定監測站的點狀絕對水位與流量。溪流中游與峽谷段常因地形突變、局部暴雨而產生瞬時水躍,監測數據無法完全等同於現場特定灘段的安全狀態。 Reflects point measurements at monitoring stations. Canyon reaches frequently exhibit localized surges that may not match gauge readings.
  • 定量降雨預報 (Cwa QPF): Quantitative Precipitation Forecast (CWA QPF): 預報為 12 小時與 24 小時之網格估算值,無法精準預測局部的短延時強降雨(如午後雷陣雨)。 Provides 12- and 24-hour gridded averages; cannot precisely pinpoint localized short-duration convective storms.

關鍵安全警示:數據非絕對指引 Critical Safety Warning: Data Is Not An Absolute Guarantee

單一監測點的水位數值、預報雨量或模擬流量,絕不能直接等同於「絕對安全」或「絕對危險」。水域活動瞬息萬變,數據僅為提升處境警覺 (Situational Awareness) 與行前風險評估 (Risk Assessment) 之參考。划行者必須隨時觀察現場水色、水流流速、波形、障礙物,並以教練的現場專業判斷或主管機關之最新公告為最終決策依據。 Gauge heights, rainfall forecasts, or runoff simulations must never be equated with absolute safety. River environments change rapidly. Data serves only to enhance situational awareness and pre-trip risk evaluation. Paddlers must continually observe on-site water clarity, velocity, wave structures, and strainers, relying ultimately on qualified instructor judgment and official agency advisories.
