指導員執教與實務範疇 Instructor Scope of Practice
根據美國獨木舟協會 (ACA) 官方現行之指導員與檢定規範，Level 3: River Kayaking Instructor 具備以下執教與評量權限： According to current American Canoe Association (ACA) instructor standards, a Level 3: River Kayaking Instructor is certified for the following teaching and assessment scopes:
可教授與評量課程 Authorized Courses & Assessments
可獨立教授並評量以下技術等級之 Skills Course（技術課程）與 Skills Assessment（技術檢定）： Certified to independently teach and assess the following Skills Courses and Skills Assessments:
- Level 1: Introduction to Kayaking
- Level 2: Essentials of River Kayaking
- Level 3: River Kayaking
核定場域環境 Authorized Venues
依據 ACA 官方規範，L3 課程與評估必須在符合標準的指定水域內進行： Per ACA guidelines, Level 3 courses and assessments must be conducted within compliant venues:
- 平靜水域 (Flatwater)Flatwater venues
- Class I - II 級之溪流與動態水域Class I - II river and moving water venues

本站所指指導員王汪汪 (Lin Wang) 目前最高持有 ACA Level 3 River Kayaking Instructor 證照。無權簽發 Level 4 (Whitewater Kayaking) 或 Level 5 (Advanced Whitewater) 技術認證，亦不具備 Instructor Trainer (IT) 培訓官資格。 Instructor Lin Wang currently holds ACA Level 3 River Kayaking Instructor credentials. Not authorized to certify Level 4 (Whitewater) or Level 5 (Advanced Whitewater) credentials, nor holds Instructor Trainer (IT) status.
證照資格（Credentials）與現場經驗（Experience）之區隔：證照代表符合美國獨木舟協會官方定義之最低安全與教學示範標準，而台灣高落差亂石溪谷的實務下航、集水區水文判斷與避險能力，則來自十數年本土現場之持續觀察與經驗累積。兩者在戶外風險管理中屬於互補之獨立維度。 Credentials vs. Field Experience: Credentials certify meeting official ACA safety and instructional demonstration baselines, while river reading in Taiwan's steep boulder-strewn rivers, catchment hydrology, and emergency egress stem from over a decade of local field experience. Both represent complementary dimensions of outdoor risk management.
